  • Information from Third Parties: information from payment processors, mapping and location service providers, and, where applicable, publicly available business information used to evaluate advertiser or trailer partner applications.

  • Process applications, orders, campaigns, and payments;
  • Communicate with you about your account, campaigns, or trailer partnership, including service and billing notices;

  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
